Return Policy

We hope that you enjoy all of your audiobook purchases on iVOX. If you’re not satisfied with your audiobook, please let us know so we can review the purchase for a refund. We’ll gladly refund your purchase as long as we receive the request within 45 days of your purchase date and you haven’t listened to a significant portion of the audiobook’s content.

Please use our contact form to request a refund. When requesting a refund, please include the title of the audiobook in your message.

Please note: At this time, we aren’t able to exchange books, we can only issue a refund for the original purchase price. A refund will always be returned to the original payment method.
