Advertising Choices.
Like many companies online, we may use services provided by Google and other companies that rely on technologies — such as cookies and web beacons — to collect information directly from your device about your browsing activities, your interactions with websites, and the device you’re using to connect to the Internet. There are a number of ways to opt-out of having your online activity and device data collected through these services, which we have summarized below:
Blocking cookies in your browser.
Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. Please note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, the Services may not work properly.
Blocking advertising ID use in your mobile settings.
Your mobile device settings may provide functionality to limit use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device for interest-based advertising. Please check the instructions for your operating system: iOS or Android.
Using privacy plug-ins or browsers.
You can block our websites from setting cookies used for interest-based advertising by using a browser with privacy features, like Brave, or by installing browser plug-ins that block third-party cookies and trackers.
Platform opt-outs.
The following advertising partners offer features that let you opt-out of the use of your information for interest-based advertising:
- Google.
- Facebook.
- Rakuten KOBO Advertising.
Advertising industry opt-out tools.
You can also use these opt-out options to limit use of your information for interest-based advertising by participating companies. Because these opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised, you will need to opt-out on every browser and device that you use.
- Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Network Advertising Initiative.
Cookies.
Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. For more information about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your browser and how to manage and delete them, visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org.
Blocking images/clear GIFs.
Most browsers and devices allow you to configure your device to prevent images from loading. To do this, follow the instructions in your particular browser or device settings.
Do Not Track.
Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit https://www.allaboutdnt.com.
Declining to provide information.
We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those services.
Managing settings on third-party services.
If you choose to connect to our Services through a third-party service, then you may be able to use your account settings on that third-party service to limit the information we receive from it. If you revoke our ability to access information from a third-party service, that choice will not apply to information that we have already received.
Deleting your content or closing your account.
You can choose to delete certain content through your account. If you wish to close your account, please contact us (iVOX contact form).

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information; the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means; and the applicable legal requirements.
When we no longer require the personal information we have collected about you, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
